The Contractor shall provide all parts, travel, labor and materials necessary to provide
annual, semi-annual, and quarterly preventive maintenance (PM), testing, repairs (as
needed), and emergency services (24 hours, 7 days, as needed) herein on the fire alarm,
fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers at various Indian Health Service medical
facilities. In general, these fire detection and suppression systems are comprised of: Wet
and Dry Sprinklers (Fire Suppression); Smoke Detectors (Fire Detection); Pull Stations; Fire
Pump and associated controllers, Fire Alarm Control Panel; Annunciator Panels; Speakers;
Bells; Strobes; Wiring, Portable Fire Extinguishers, Dampers, Electronic Door Interfaces,
Elevator Interfaces, Emergency Lighting Systems, Water Storage Tanks and Other Fire
Related Equipment.
