Renovate Research Bldgs II and IV, Engr Bldgs I,II, III - Engr Growth Res Bldg IV First Floor Renov

North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for the Renovate Research Buildings II and IV, Engineering Buildings I, II, and III - Engineering Growth Phased Renovations for 1st Floor Research Building IV renovation. This project will renovate approximately 22,500 GSF of existing space on the first floor in Research Building IV in the Centennial Campus precinct. The renovations will improve space efficiencies and create engineering program-specific space to support college growth. The Project will be completed in two phases. The building is occupied by private tenants on the upper floors and construction disruptions will need to be mitigated.
