Skanska USA Building Inc., CM at Risk for the UNC Greensboro Jackson Library Renovations project will be accepting sealed bids from prequalified bidders for the following bid packages at Jarrell Hall, Room 032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412 where they will be opened and read at the date and time listed below: 03A/B Building & Site Concrete, 04 Masonry, 05 Steel & Miscellaneous Metals, 06 Millwork, 07A Metal Panels, 07B Roofing, 07C Waterproofing & Sealants, 07D Spray Fireproofing, 08A Doors & Hardware A pre-bid meeting and site visit for these bid packages will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at Jarrell Hall, Room 032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412. All prequalified bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any proposals.
