Skanska USA Building Inc., CM at Risk for the UNC Greensboro Jackson Library Renovations project will be accepting sealed bids from prequalified bidders for the following bid packages at Jarrell Hall, Room 032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412 where they will be opened and read at the date and time listed below: 01C Cleaning, 09C Flooring, 09D Tile & Terrazzo, 09F Painting, 10 Specialties, 12 Signage, 31B Underpinning, 32A Landscaping, 32B Hardscape & Site Improvements A pre-bid meeting and site visit for these bid packages will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at Jarrell Hall, Room 032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412. All prequalified bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any proposals.
