The City of Westminster is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed General Contractors for the construction of a new recreational facility at 310 Hall Road, Westminster, SC 29693, which includes a concession stand, covered picnic shelter, and ADA-compliant restroom facilities ("THE BUILDING").
