Synopsis:
|
|
Sealed Bids will be received by RMIS Engineering (RMIS) for a roof replacement tender. The work will include for
the removal of approximately 13,050 ft2 (732 m2) of existing EPDM, SBS, and metal roof systems, and existing
skylights and the installation of a new SBS roof system with structural repairs, structural infill, and lighting
upgrades.
The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is
included. The Work is anticipated to begin upon award; the completion date is December 15, 2026.
A mandatory on-site review of the project for all interested Bidders has been set for 10:00AM on Friday, May 15,
2026. Bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered. RMIS reserves the right to reschedule the time
and date of the review. For questions, contact engineering@rmiseng.ca.
Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Contractors are not to attend RMIS Engineering offices at this time. All
bids and amendments must be received by email to engineering@rmiseng.ca prior to 2:00 PM Local Time,
Wednesday, June 03, 2026. Bids turned in after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately.
