Project includes the preparation work to bring the existing gravel roads of N. Boothe Ln., Brennen Dr., Finnegan Ct., Coats Ln., James Sapp Rd., JD Sapp Rd., Franklin Rd., Robbie Forbis Rd., & Willet Rd. to a state in which asphalt paving can occur. Prep work shall include tree removal, removal and replacement of various driveway and cross-road culverts, and the minor placement of aggregate fill. Work also includes aggregate base grading and compaction. Paving shall include the installation of a 3" thick Bit. Base asphalt lift and a 2" thick BP-2 asphalt surface. Additional work includes ditch grading, restoration, and centerline striping.
