Project Description: The work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary to furnish and install and/or replace approximately 600 lineal feet of 8-inch and 18-inch PVC pipe, 1,320 lineal feet of 4-inch and 6-inch PVC force main, 315 lineal feet of primary electrical duct bank, construction of 2 pump stations, new electrical service and transformers, yard piping, wet wells and valve chambers, fencing, replace concrete curb and sidewalk, trench and driveway paving, access drive, lawn restoration as shown on Contract Documents prepared by GHD. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder’s maximum bid price is required to accompany the Bid. A performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price shall be required from the Successful Bidder. An anti-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid. The Contract is subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The project is located in Chambersburg Borough, Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
