The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract to Franklin Covey under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available.
The requirement is for United States Cyber Protection Brigade, Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
The requirement consists of the following:
The Government seeks to procure an instructor-led training course based on “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey to enhance personal and team effectiveness, foster leadership development, improve time management and communication skills, and support a culture of accountability and collaboration across the organization.
The contractor shall provide a certified facilitator to deliver two (2) day, on-site, instructor-led training based on Franklin Convey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People curriculum. The training will accommodate up to twenty (20) participants, with twenty (20) participants guides, and be held at 3150 Perimeter Pkwy Augusta, GA 30909 on mutually agreed-upon dates (for full details see the attached Statement of Work).
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
• Provide a certified instructor with proven experience delivering the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People curriculum.
• Deliver two (2) days of onsite instruction covering the following topics:
• Provide all required training materials, including participant manuals, workbooks, and any applicable multimedia content.
