Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Forests is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Silvacom Ltd. (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
The Ministry of Forests, Office of the Chief Forester, is intending to direct award a software subscription and services agreement for the maintenance and support of Silvacom Ltd. Forest Management System application.
Forest Management System (FMS) is a cloud-based, Esri-based geospatial web application used to plan government funded silviculture programs spatially and aspatially, create post wildfire forest regeneration plans spatially and aspatially, create XML submissions and import and export SNAP forms.
