Description
2.The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a competent and experienced Supplier to enter into agreement for supply and delivery of glass (laminated/tempered) and windshields for Light Rail Vehicles (LRV) and Buses operated by Calgary Transit.
3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4.The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, up to four (4) times for two (2) years each time for a maximum total term length of nine (9) years.
The estimated contract period will be 109 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/12/05.
