The San Joaquin County Department of Public Works (SJCDPW) requests technical proposals from qualified consultants to undertake, perform, and complete the tasks set forth in Request for Proposals (RFP) – SJCDPW-RFP-25-04. The selected CONSULTANT will perform professional and technical engineering services for the proposed Waverly Road Bridge 29C-368 Across Chanel B Replacement (PROJECT).

The requested professional design engineering services shall include, but will not be limited to, the following: Project Management, Project Surveying, Mapping and Control, Evaluation of Bridge Type Selection/Roadway Alignment, Public Outreach Program, Geotechnical Analysis Report, CEAQ Approval, Hydraulic and Hydrology Analysis, Permitting Compliance, Utility Coordination and Relocation Plan, Right-of-Way Engineering, Plans, Specifications, and Engineer's Estimate (PS&E), and Bidding and Post Award Assistance services for the PROJECT.

The deadline for submitting technical proposals to SJCDPW will be no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2025. All prospective consultants must register for solicitation No. SJCDPW-RFP-25-04 in order to be added to the Proposers’ List and, if necessary, receive a Notice of Release of Addendum.
