Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mbabane will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The requirement is for the provision of preventive maintenance services for the Consular Audiovisual (AV) System (Intercom, Paging, & Displays) at U.S. Embassy Mbabane, Eswatini. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror representing best value for the Government. When considering contract award, all evaluation factors, other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price.

The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Any offeror who is not actively SAM registered at time of proposal submission would be ineligible for award.
