Pavement Marking Services

Sealed bids will be received for Pavement Marking Services by the City of Brentwood through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement , until 11:30 am , local time, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 , at which time said bids will be publicly opened. Copies of the Request for Bids document may be obtained from Dale Biggerstaff , Director , City of Brentwood, 5211 Maryland Way, Brentwood, TN 37024-0788, dale.biggerstaff@brentwoodtn.gov (615) 371-0080 or online at OpenGov Procurement . Electronic submission is the required method. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.

The City of Brentwood, Public Works Department facilitates pavement marking services through an on-call contract, to include annual maintenance and refreshing of markings, installation of new markings, and restoration of markings after completion of pavement resurfacing work, as needed.
