Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for two (2) HP LaserJet Enterprise M776 M776z
Laser Multifunction Printer-Color-Copier/Fax/Scanner or brand equivalent. You are
invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following
sections:
1. Standard Form SF-18
2. Statement of Work
If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of the
attached Standard Form SF-18 and submit it to the address shown on block Sa of the Standard
Form-18 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an
acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on
initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with
companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS/RESPONSES:
This opportunity encourages electronic responses. Electronic quotations must be submitted with
(RFQ) PR15421547 HP LaserJet Enterprise M776 M776z Laser Multifunction PrinterColor-
Copier/Fax/Scanner or brand equivalent listed in the subject line and sent to the
following email address: sydcontracts@state.gov by the quotation due date. No quotations will
be accepted after this time.
Quotations are due by 5:00pm on August 21, 2025.
