Sharon Housing Trust, Inc. (SHT) will receive bids from qualified contractors for Sharon Homes Roof Repairs at 91, 93, and 95 North Main Street in Sharon, CT. The work consists of roofing assessments, repairs, and replacements on all three buildings. A site walk is scheduled for August 18, 2025 at 11 a.m. Attendance is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. If you cannot attend, contact Lindsay Larson via email to receive instructions for visiting the site on your own. You must email LindsayL@thehousingcollective.org to be added to the interest list to receive updates and addendums related to this Invitation to Bid.
