Sharon Housing Trust Siding, Windows, Trim, and Painting - Invitation to Bid

Sharon Housing Trust, Inc. (SHT) will receive bids from qualified contractors for Sharon Homes Siding, Windows, Trim, and Paint work at 91, 93, and 95 North Main Street in Sharon, CT. The work consists of removing and replacing all existing windows, siding, and trim, and painting, as required. There are currently a variety of windows sizes and types; the new windows will only include 3 categories: (2 over 2 lites), (4 over 4), (6 over 6).A site walk is scheduled for August 18, 2025, 10 a.m. Attendance is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. If you cannot attend, contact Linday Larson via email to receive instructions for visiting the site on your own.
