Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Pristina will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website and Embassy Webpage when it is available. The requirement is for the providing Travel Management Contract for Embassy. The estimate cost of this ID/IQ for period of 5 year is 90K. Please note that these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance under this ID/IQ is 5 years. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Embassy anticipates awarding IDIQ from this RFQ to the most qualified firm, who are technically acceptable, responsible, and clearly intend to sell products and/or services to the U.S. Government at market prices or below.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
