Engineering Design Services for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Roadway Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The City of Artesia seeks proposals for engineering design services for its Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Roadway Pavement Rehabilitation Project. The City has been awarded $6,000,000 in construction funding from Community Project Funded Congressional Directed Spending Grant Funds to rehabilitate portions of the City’s roadway network.

Minimum requirements include the following:

• Previous experience developing Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimate (PS&E) package for improvements to roadways, access ramps, curbs and gutters, and sidewalks; and
• Previous experience with governmental organizations.

This solicitation contains a description of the project and services required. Interested proposers have the responsibility of understanding what is required by this solicitation. During the review of the RFP, if the Proposer discovers any errors, omissions, or ambiguities within the RFP, they should identify them in writing and call them to the immediate attention to City of Artesia staff prior to the Written Question deadline referenced in the RFP. The City of Artesia shall not be held responsible for any person’s/firm’s lack of understanding of the program.
