The Town of Agawam, Chief Procurement Officer in consultation with the Engineering Department hereby invites sealed bids from qualified experience sources in accordance with Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended, for furnishing materials and services as needed for the maintenance of roads, sidewalks, driveways and parking lots owned by the Town of Agawam as detailed within the following contract documents. In general, this bid includes materials and services associated with the supply, performance and installation of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), milling, structure adjustment, HMA berm and handwork, granite curb, reclamation, and Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer (SAMI). A full bid package with specifications will be available beginning Wednesday April 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Office of Procurement, 36 Main Street, Agawam, MA 01001 or by email to bids@agawam.ma.us. Only MassDOT Prequalified Contractors will be allowed to request Official Bid Documents Bids will be received until: 2:30 P.M. on April 17, 2025. Questions/RFI may also be directed in writing to bids@agawam.ma.us.
