Project Description: The Office of Housing and Community Development is seeking qualified professionals to participate in a design competition. The goal is to generate a portfolio of residential construction plans that promote affordable, sustainable, and context-sensitive infill housing for vacant Landbank parcels across Louisville. The plans will be made available to Landbank purchasers who want to develop lots with the intention of selling to owner occupants.
