Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Dvision intends to procure onsite custom system modifications to the Lenel Security Management System (SMS) on a sole source to M3T Corporation.

The proposed contract actions is for parts for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of Far 6.302
