The U.S. Embassy in Lilongwe, Malawi is seeking proposals from General Contractors for comprehensive renovation works at U.S. Government residence 10/150. The RFP has been updated. The scope of work includes:
- Window Replacement: Removal of wooden window frames and installation of aluminum frames with laminated glass and ‘Clear Guard’ screens (updated)
- Flooring: Replacement of existing parquet tiles with ceramic tiles
- Driveway: Installation of new pavers, ensuring proper leveling, and compaction (updated)
- Electrical Works: Upgrade to electrical systems (updated)
- Perimeter Wall: Repair and rebuild damaged sections of the perimeter wall
- Guardrails: Installation of guardrails along the driveway
- Fascia Board Replacement (new)
- Painting: Interior, Exterior
