Clarification to Statement of Work:
Field service engineers must be licensed or contracted with the original manufacturer in order to work on the equipment.
Amended: Field service engineers shall hold a current relevant certification and have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience. Resumes for on-site engineers shall be provided at time of proposal submission. If personnel changes throughout the life of the contract, certification and resumes shall be provided for the new field service engineers. It is encouraged to provide customer feedback for similar work with proposal submission.
