Project Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Engineering Consulting Services for Duffield Street Scape, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
Parkland County is seeking a qualified professional engineering consulting firm to provide services for Duffield Streetscape Reconstruction- Railway Ave to Fairchild Ave. Services include:
• Background Information Review, Field Investigations (Concept Design Options)
• Preliminary Engineering Design and Report
• Detailed Engineering Design, Report & Estimates
• Quotation (Tender) Preparation, Evaluation and Award
• Construction Supervision, Inspection and Administration
• Post Construction Inspection and Administration
The design phase will be completed in 2025 with construction beginning and ending in 2026.
