The World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program, established under the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010, provides medical treatment, screening, and monitoring to 9/11 survivors and responders for specific health conditions linked to their exposure. To ensure effective service delivery, the Program requires a contractor to implement targeted outreach, education, and support services to eligible populations as described in ATT009 - Performance Work Statement in Section J of this Request for Quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D30125Q00092 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the World Trade Center Health Program Outreach and Education contract.
Multiple Awards: The Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts resulting from this solicitation.
