The City of Durham Department of Neighborhood Improvement Services will accept
bids at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2026, for the demolition of
residential structure at project location:
1. 1218 Dawkins St: (118293)
Contractors wishing to submit bids are invited to be present at the above project
location, 1218 Dawkins St: (118293) Durham, NC 27707, on Tuesday, August 25,
2026 at 9:00 a.m. for a mandatory pre- bid walk through. Specifications and a complete
description of deliverables may be obtained at the mandatory pre bid walk through on
Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Submittal Deadline:
