This is a Sources Sought notice ONLY to identify companies capable of empowering MS Army National Guard Recruiters at all levels by integrating elite performance strategies from athletes, Special Forces, and intelligence communities to enhance effectiveness and cultivate high-performing teams.
Training will be provided to aspiring, new, and seasoned recruiters.
Learning Objectives:
* The training will included the development of emotional intelligence and advanced communication skill that enhance self awareness and emapathy to allow for the improvement of interpersoan relationships that involves using communication techniques to engage potential recruits and build strong connecttions.
* Training will include proven persuasion tactics to influence and motivate recruits, while adopting stress managment techniques to maintain performance and well-being.
This is not a Request for Quotation, and a solicitation does not exist. Please do not request a copy of the solicitation.
The NAICS anticipated for these services is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training with a small business size standard of $15M.
Request all contractors capable of providing this service to provide Company Name with CAGE Code and UEI, Point of Contact (POC) email/telephone number, business size (Large or Small), and your company’s detailed capabilities.
