NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract CHEMICALS AND PUMP REPLACEMENT PARTS 26-035-PW on or before May 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting Bids electronically at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov . Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County (“County”) Public Works is seeking bids to furnish and deliver chemicals, and pump replacement parts as needed, for various Public Works’ locations, Burr Ridge, Itasca, and Woodridge, Illinois. The awarded bidder shall fill the County’s day-tank of Potassium Carbonate on an as needed basis. Goods shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to specified location(s) upon ordering.
