**Note: If proposed gloves are not 100% domestically sourced, American manufactured product (gloves), including 100% of all components of Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Compliant medical grade and surgical grade gloves (see glove specifications in Attachment 1 of the SOW), no further evaluation will be conducted. **
No questions will be answered for this RFP. However, we will use any questions asked to improve future solicitations.
All proposals are due Friday, July 18, 2025 at 12pm Eastern Standard Time.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Government intends to award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal(s) represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the evaluation factors in the solicitation.
The Government may reject any or all proposals if such action is in the Government's interest.
The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). Therefore, the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
If this solicitation is amended, all terms and conditions that are not amended remain unchanged. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of any amendment to this solicitation by the date and time specified in the amendment(s).
