PWGSC, on behalf of TRANSPORT CANADA (TC), is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for repairs to 6 mooring bollards and concrete repairs to the wharf, including the supply of all necessary materials, labour, tools, equipment, protection and transportation.
