REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) DESING- BUILD SERVICES
APPLETON WAY & PEMBERTON WAY PEDESTRIAN ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Lawrence invites qualified Design-Build Teams to submit Statements of Qualifications for professional design services and, if authorized by the City, construction services for the Appleton Way & Pemberton Way Pedestrian Accessibility Improvements Project adjacent to City Hall and the Lawrence Public Schools Administration Building. The project includes surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, preparation of construction documents, ADA accessibility improvements, and construction services.

RFQ documents will be available beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. and may be obtained from the City of Lawrence Purchasing Department or downloaded from the City's website at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids .

Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room 101, Lawrence, MA 01840, no later than Monday, August 3, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive minor informalities, and award a contract in the best interest of the City.
