Replacement Parts, Accessories, and Maintenance for Key Management System

The Department of Correction and Rehabilitation seeks a supplier for replacement parts, accessories, and maintenance services for the Key manager equiioment. The Offeror must provide replacement parts and accessories to include but not limited to, key modules, key fobs, key rings, and hubs.

The Offeror must ship all orders for replacement parts and accessories within thirty (30) days upon receipt of order.

The Offeror must provide general preventative maintenance and repair services to include software upgrades. All services, repairs and upgrades must be coordinated with the designated personnel.  Requests for repair services must be acknowledged in two (2) business days and completed within twenty (20) business days upon receipt of the request from the DOCR.

Offeror is responsible for any third-party service provider that comes on site to provide service.  Offer must ensure their personnel or third party the technician arrives on site with identification and/or an identifiable company uniform.
