Project Description: Summary Description of Work: upgrades to building systems associated with elevators and escalators, including structural framing, guardrails, handrails, door seals, metal panels, glazing, waterproofing, signage, access hatches, ledge guards, fire-rated soffits and firestopping; marble flooring; HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, fan coil unit, condensate and sump pumps, HVAC rebalancing; fire protection sprinklers and piping; light fixtures, smoke and heat detectors, and related work at public, tenant, and back-of-house areas of the World Trade Center site, including the Transportation Hub and Oculus and the vicinities thereof in New York, New York.
