Prepared Meal Delivery Service for Dodge Co. JRC

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued to establish a contract one (1) qualified supplier who will provide prepared meal delivery services and beverages for up to 30 DBHDD individuals housed at the Dodge County Jail Restoration Center of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

A.        Services must include the preparation, packaging, and delivery of nutritionally adequate meals in full compliance with:

1.        All applicable federal, state, and local health regulations
2.        U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) mandates,
3.        USDA nutritional guidelines
4.        Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Code

B.        The Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, management, food, supplies, equipment (unless otherwise specified), transportation, and administrative services necessary to provide complete meal services.
