RFP-MNT_26-006. Stripping & Waxing of VCT Flooring

Proposals for STRIPPING AND WAXING OF VCT FLOORING - Statham Elementary School, Winder Elementary School, Russell Middle School, & Westside Middle School will be received by the Barrow County School System, Maintenance Dept. (the ¿Owner¿) located at 645 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, Ga. 30680 until 10:00 A.M. local time on Monday,

March 23, 2026, for all costs and services necessary for STRIPPING & WAXING OF VCT FLOORING. Proposals submitted after the date and time noted above will not be opened.

Contractors shall have until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, to make any inquiries. All inquiries for information should be directed in writing to Mr. Allen Henriksen, 645 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680 ¿ OR ¿ via email at allen.henriksen@barrow.k12.ga.us.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the Maintenance Office at 645 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680, on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Requests for access to the meeting shall be made to Mr. Henriksen via email at allen.henriksen@barrow.k12.ga.us before 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

The contract, if awarded, will be for a period of one year with the Barrow County School System having the option of annual extensions. Extension will be based upon the satisfactory performance by the Contractor and availability of General Maintenance budget funds.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities.
