Lawn Maintenance 2025 and 2026 LF25014

Project Description: Lower Frederick Township (LFT) is seeking sealed bids online via PennBid™ (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/) for Lawn Maintenance for years 2025 and 2026 in Lower Frederick Township. The Bid Packet may be obtained from PennBid. Inquiries regarding this Request for Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid by 5:00 PM on April 10th, 2025. If they are not already registered with PennBid, interested bidders need to register for free before participating in this RFP. Bids must be submitted online via PennBid no later than April 17th at 6:00 PM. Bids will be opened and read aloud on Thursday, April 17th at 6:30 PM at LFT Municipal Building, 53 Spring Mount Road, Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, and the Contract shall be awarded at a subsequent public meeting of the LFT Board of Supervisors.
Bids must be made on the forms furnished within PennBid. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and the Instructions for Submitting Electronic Bids set forth in the Bid Packet. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid proposal and made payable to LFT.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held at the LFT Municipal Building 53 Spring Mount Road, Schwenksville PA at 1:00 PM on April 8, 2025. All information given at this meeting will be considered part of the Bid Packet, via addendum, and is to be included in the Bids.
LFT reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any cause whatsoever; to eliminate any item or items from the Contract; to waive any informality or irregularity in the Bids; and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered. Award of the Contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. Bids may be held by LFT for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening. LFT does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
