Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Jackson Township, Lebanon County for the Traffic Signal Upgrade Project at SR0422/Wintersville Road/Millardsville Road until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, May 2, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The base contract includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a battery backup on a pole mounted auxiliary cabinet, installation of an emergency preemption 4-way system, and the installation of signal backplates with a retroreflective border.
Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
