The building was constructed in 1975 and is a three story structure approximately 28,275 square-feet in size. Hazardous materials are present within the structure and must be abated prior to standard demolition procedures. The project also includes utility disconnect, and minor site restoration including grading, concrete, asphalt, lighting, and landscaping improvements. Contract Time: 150 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $850.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. |
