This synopsis is not a request for quotes/offers/proposals. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Multi Family Housing currently has a requirement for Comprehensive research database to support the review of Map Appraisals, rent comparability studies, and development of real estate market intelligence. The procurement of services shall be solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5- Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Services. The contemplated contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price contract with a twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 519290, Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services, with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
This action will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12 using Part 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures. All terms, conditions, evaluation procedures, and instructions to offerors will be specified in an upcoming Request for Quote (RFQ) that will be posted on this website (SAM.gov). The proposed solicitation number for this action is 866149-25-Q-00001. All responsible sources must submit a quote by the submission deadline specified in the solicitation to be considered for this requirement. All interested parties must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (SAM.gov) frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFP and amendments, if any.
Note 1: This synopsis will be posted for 15 days. However, in accordance with FAR 5.203(a), the Government reserves the right to close the synopsis and post the solicitation before the 15 days expire.
