Pre-Advertisement Notice for AAC Operations, Maintenance & Janitorial Services

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of Department of Aviation (DOA), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and cleaning of the Aviation Administration Center (AAC) and its surrounding facilities. Interested vendors must be capable of bringing administrative oversight, staff coordination, and general facility support to ensure smooth, continuous operations. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor will coordinate with the Department of Aviation to support facility readiness, respond to service requests, and maintain a high level of customer service.
