REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Proposals for Northern Region Facilities 2024 Job Order Construction Contract, Project Number PF-JOCC-2024-NR, will be received before 4:00 p.m., January 16, 2025 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract is for performing maintenance, repair, and minor construction work related to Northern Region facilities. Contractor shall be responsible for both design and construction work.
The anticipated period of performance is two years with up to three (3) one-year option periods. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. This will be a virtual/phone meeting held via Microsoft Teams. Contact the Project Manager, Jeremy Langton, at jeremy.langton@alaska.gov before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16 to receive the meeting call-in information.
Proposal documents and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your proposal may not be accepted.
Proposal documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
