Description

The City of Whitesburg is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified engineering firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments to provide pre- and post-award engineering services for state and federally funded projects related to water infrastructure and community and economic development. Responding firms should be qualified to provide a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), design and construction administration services for projects utilizing federal funds. The first priority is fulfilling PER requirements for an April 2026 CDBG application deadline
