Gravity Sewer Replacement Design and

Sewer Equalization Tank Design

The City of Bartlett is soliciting proposals for engineering, bidding, and construction administration services for comprehensive sewer system upgrades. The scope of the project includes:

1. Gravity Sewer Replacement Design– Replacement of gravity sewer lines at various locations throughout the City. The specific locations and pipe sizes will be determined through detailed modeling, hydraulic analysis, and consideration of future build-out conditions.

2. In-Ground Sewer Equalization Tank Design – Design of an in-ground wet weather sewer equalization tank. The tank size which will drive project location will be based on modeling, hydraulic analysis, and projected future capacity needs.

Statement of Qualifications must be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. (CST) on Friday June 20, 2025. Please include five (5) copies of submittals labeled “RFQ FY2025-05-20 ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR GRAVITY SEWER REPLACEMENT DESIGN AND SEWER EQUALIZATION TANK DESIGN“ and addressed as follows:
