BLM-CO Mill Creek Campground Expansion

1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work includes, but is not limited to; site work, road and parking area construction, precast concrete toilet installation, campsite construction, and bridge deck maintenance.
1.2 LOCATION
The project is located in Hinsdale County, Colorado. From Lake City, CO, travel south on CO-149, Turn right on County Road 30, travel approximately 11 miles, project location is on the left. The work location can be found by searching "Mill Creek Campground" in Google maps.

1.3 WORK SCHEDULE
Work shall occur Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Work shall be completed within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed. The project elevation is around 9500 feet. Weather (snow or snowmelt) may prevent work for several months of the year. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.

Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed.
Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $250,000 and $500,000.
Pre-Bid Site Visit: A hosted site visit has not yet been scheduled. If interested and convenient, you are welcome to visit this public site on your own. Or you can wait until the scheduled pre-bid tour.
