This project is located in Pickaway County at Deer Creek Lake, 21001 Deer Creek Rd New Holland, OH 43145.

The project involves the construction of a boat launch, as well as alternates for site lighting upgrades and parking lot resealing. Major items of work include: a Boat Ramp, Site Lighting, and parking lot resealing.

All work is to be completed under Contract. Completion date for all work under this project is 05/12/2026.

The foregoing is for the purpose of acquainting prospective bidders with the amount of work involved in this project and is to be used as a guide in requesting documents for this project.

Note: Bidding for this project will be conducted electronically via Bid Express.

Engineers Estimate: $1,001,707.00
