Description:

The Contractor shall provide Underground Utility Locating Services on an ¿as-needed basis¿
and will be compensated for services in accordance with the service rates specified in
Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, equipment, delivery of equipment,
materials, supplies, permits, licenses, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem, and any
other item of expense necessary for the California Department of Corrections and
Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship Program (CCM) located at the
Institutions/Facilities listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions.
