  • Summary:Caroline County seeks a qualified firm possessing the necessary professional licenses to perform a feasibility study with a space needs analysis that evaluates the current and future needs of the County's overall operations. The final report generated by the Offeror shall considers the following departments, agencies and units of government in the assessment: General Government offices, Public Safety and Court offices as well.
  • Round Information:The Pre-Proposal conferences will be held on February 13, 2025 and February 20, 2025 at 8:00 a.am. in the Caroline County Community Center Auditorium, 17202 Richmond Turnpike, Milford, Va 22514. The deadline to submit questions has also been extended to February 21, 2025. Site visits will be conducted at the conclusion of each pro-proposal conference. Only offerors who attend a pre-proposal conference and complete site visits will be eligible to submit a proposal. PLEASE BRING A COPY OF THE REQUEST FOR PORPOSAL WITH YOU TO DISCUSS THE RQUIREMENTS.
