- Summary:The Work generally consists of renovation of an existing transportation facility. Work includes new HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Low Voltage upgrades as well as finishes, site lighting and parking modifications. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, metal framing, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
