The New York City Department of Sanitation (“DSNY”) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor (the “Contractor”) to provide the labor, vehicles, equipment, materials, and expertise required to remove, transport, and Process Scrap Tires.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, as provided for in Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City-Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs).
